Babe 2011 birthday surprise!!!

This will be the 2nd year me celebrating babe's birthday. I've been scratching my head figuring out what surprises that I want to throw to him.

Thank God, somehow mydeal came out with a good deal for an outdoor photoshoot which only cost me RM 75 for an hour photoshoot.

Then all the ideas flowing on what I need to prepare, how shall I start, what I need to buy so on so forth.

I started to prepare like a month ago, getting ideas on what I need for the photoshoot. Starting to get idea from blogger and other pre-wedding photoshoot. Hahaha! Unfortunately it's not our pre-wedding photo shoot... Hahahha! But the idea is just the same, so I decided to copy their ideas.

First of all, must get the theme for the photoshoot. "COLORFUL" is my decided theme, nevertheless need to get the co-operation and opinion from my buddies and chum. After few rounds of discussion, white clothes with colorful theme was decided! Yuhuuuuuuuu!!!!

After that it's time to decided WHERE, the venue for the photoshoot. Thanks to the photographer, we manage to get some ideas on selecting park at Putrajaya. It's somehow a risk because never been there before and I will need to fetch him and lead the rest of them going. A very important role huh... Phewwww! Thanks god I got google maps! Hahahaah!

On the preparation, I will need to get floating balloon, preprare the clothes fo both of us, the picnic mat, the cake, and lots more!

Last but not least, the gift! But being a care girlfriend, hahahaha.. Tak tau malu huh... Manage to know what he need and get what he want. Yes , a wireless mouse that he always wanted to buy but not willing to because it's quite pricey. Hahaha!

After so much of preparation, the big day come on 30th August 2011, Tuesday. First thing first I blind him in the car. To prevent him from knowing where we heading to and what I'm bringing. Hahah!

Upon reaching the park, I usher him to the park and gave him the surprises! Thanks god everything went smoothly and I'm happy he felt enjoyed!

Our Dream house Phase I : Finally

Finally.....
After struggling for long time in getting our future dream house, after so many times being dissapointed with bad news again and again, after so long of searching and searching, a house viewing to another house viewing, finally we have found our small nest, our future small nest.

We started to look for houses around Klang, around USJ around Shah Alam, around anywhere! We move from small sub-sales house to big sub sales house, to old but big and new but small. We search through all type of houses, ranges from RM300,00 to RM400,000. We even being brought to a 10 years old selling at RM420,000! I guess the owner having sick-mindset for selling such an old-not well house at that kind of price.

We also experiences the disappointment of choosing our preferred house, but somehow the owner decided not to sell it at last. We also bumped with sucks agent who only know how to earn money, but don't know how to follow up and convince the owner to sell. Not only once being put into the disappointment but 2 times, 3 times. And even with this house, the house even dare in rejecting to sell the house even they had sign the booking form! wtf! What is that? Making us so miserable and the fear of the need to go to court to sue them for not selling the house to us.

But thank God, He is protecting us, and somehow the owner could not afford the compensation thus, they decided to sell to us at last. There are lot of things happens for this house, Vincent and I always being in arguments and have different opinions in settling the house issue. But I know this is learning curve, this is the milestone of us need to go through not only in buying house, but the tolerance in everything we do now, and in future.

We've bought a sub-sales new house from a malay owner who bought their house at RM208,000 while selling to us at RM349,000! wtf! However, this is life and the house price in increasing like water flowing out from the pipe. I know this is the starting point for both of us in moving a step closer to what we plan for, a FAMILY.

It's not a big house, only at 18 X 75, with 1575 sqtf feet, a small nest like I said, but size doesn't matter as long as both of us live happily in our small nest, in our comfortable loving family. :)
Now are in the process of getting SPA ready and loan ready. Sooner or later we will have our house and we will need to start to renovate and buy furniture, electricals, and many moreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee... it will be a busy schedule soon! Stay tune! :)

First CNY 2011 together

There are so many first time huh.. :)

This year will be the first year celebrating Chinese New Year with my babe.

My chinese new year celebration itinerary will be changed from now onwards. :)

Since he was not local, he will need to be back to his hometown few days before chinese new year for re-union dinner, and back late few days so he could join his family re-union. Thus I will be spending most of times with family and relatives as well without his presence. But what not so happy about this is both of us can't be visit each other's family on 1st chinese new year, because I can't expect him to travel from Sepang 45 minutes to Shah Alam, fetching me back to Sepang (another 45 minutes =.="), and then fetch me back to Shah Alam after that (another 45 minutes wtf =.="), and he go back to his home by travelling another 45 minutes.. wtf X 2.... =.="

Crunching our heads few months before chinese new year, discussing how should we go about the arrangement, and yet to come with any conclusion. Thus, just let it flows like that bah. =.="

Tam's reunion dinner - normally will not fall on CNY lunar 30th, thus he could join me for re-union dinner Yeahhh!!

Tang's re-union dinner - of course me not joining because too far, and I do have my own mini-re-union dinner to celebrate.

1st CNY - Each of us spending the days with our own family

2nd CNY - He will come back to "pai nin" with my auntie & uncle for lunch and then moving ahead to my house to "pai nin" with my family.

3rd CNY - I will follow him back to Sepang for officially "pai nin" with his family. Spent a night at his house and go "pai nin" together gather with him to his relatives house.

Yes, he got alot of relatives as compare to mine, with his father's siblings, with his mom's siblings who most of them staying at Sepang also. So easy for us with ang pao collection. Hahahahahah! And my ang pao increase in terms of quantity because he brought me all around Sepang for ang pao collection, of course in adding to his family's ang pao. What shocked (I mean reall shocked till say HUH?!?!?! non stop) was his mom given me quite a big amount for the ang pao leh!!! The biggest amount.. wtf!!! I guess I need to buy more things for my next visit to his house already...

And I also joined his family for another dinner at the restaurant at Tanjung Sepat (30-45mins drive from his house) with most of his brothers and their girlfriends, and not forgetting few of his relatives. :)

Actually, quite happy joining them mainly because he had alot of brothers and it's quite a big family. I like merrier and happy family! So I really hope that both of my family and his family can blend well in future *cross fingers*

Valentine's Day 2011

Awwwwwwww.. again, it's been sometime since my last update. Sorry ya darling..
Ok, I will start with our latest Valentine's day celebration, then work backward for the backdated post *cross fingers I have the mood and time* heheh!

This year 2011 will be our first Valentine's day celebration where we celebrated as official couple *wtf, we already being together for like 7-8 months... blink blink eyes the time pass so fast*

This year Valentine's celebration falls on Monday follows by public holiday the next day..Yuhuuuuuuuuuuu~ So we can spend the night longer without need to bother what time we need to wake up the next morning..

Vincent took a day leave on that day *I assuming he used it to prepare the last minute jobs such as buying thing for me, wrapping the gift for me, etc etc, since he always do those thing last minute hahahah!*. There is one proverb, "a guy who only dig for hole, when he feel want to go shit".. Something like that..But anyway, that's the nature of guy. ^_^ But I appreciate the effort of him running up and down, from Shah Alam to Subang, drove here and there to ensure he can finish up his things and can eat lunch with me at the same time. Thanks darling.. Muaksss!!

Ok back to the itenerary of the day, we decided to go to Kenny Roger's@Sunway Pyramid for our Valentine's dinner and follow up with a quick window shopping there before go back. But proven Kenny Rogers is not the suitable place for Valentine's Day celebration as there were too many people there with the eyes peeping at us. Especially when we were in the midst of opening the gift and camwhoring. Just feel so out of place. =.="""

Anyway, we quickly finished up our gift-exchange ceremony and move our ass. =.="" But still "sempat" to get few camwhore photos and snap the most memorable moments while opening gift for each other.

I bought a shaver for him, considering he categorize himself as a man who has a strong man-hormone! Hahahah! His mustaque grows very fast and he need to shave everyday! Wtf! Memang very strong.. I mean the hormone.. hahahah! So together with Meng Liang and June, we choose Philips-brand shaver for him. Tested the shaver on the "bulu" on my hand, it works perefectly fine, so hopefully it work on his mustaque as well! hahahahha! *luckily I doesn't intend to test it with my armpit hair.... *sweat*

Being the creative me, I also made a simple DIY card for him. I like the card alot not because of the design but the creativity I had. I found a deco mirror which I bought last time and decided to recycle it. With this mirror, I created this card. Awwwwwwwww... so creative isn't ? hahahaha! *tap tap shoulder*


#11 My gift to him. I felt I got the talent to be the wrapper.. Professional wrapper maybe HAHAHAHHA! Maybe because I wrapped it for my special one, that's why it looks nice and elegant! :)

#13 And last but not least, the DIY card from me. I've spent 1 hour++ to prepare this card, and it looks simply but it's 100% handmade which used to illustrate my feeling to him. *yuk ma lehhh! hahah*


Ok, let's move to his gift. He bought a box of 24's Fererro Rocher for me, also my favourite-longed product, "Holyxyl Dark circle cream, from SASA". I wanted to buy this very long time ago, but "em seh tak" and delay the intention because of the price. =.=" Surprisingly, I saw it in the box of gift that we wrapped and walaaaa!!! I no need to spend any single cent to buy this again! Yuhhuuuuuuuu!! Thanks darling!

But what suprise me the most is he made A DIY card for me as well, which is so unexpected. You know la, guys memang lazy and not creative at all in making DIY thingy. But he made me ate back my word, by showing me this DIY card. Eventhough it's just a simple one, but he told me he made the card until 3am when he told me will go to bed at 12am, just to cut the wording! WTF! So just imagine the effort he used up to made the card for me. Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwww *melting again* Thanks darling *again* HAHAHAH!
