My first bufday with him

Year 2010 was the 1st year I celebrated my birthday with Vincent. He take the initiative to book me one week earlier hoping me to allocate my actual birthday day for him, 22 June 2010 and it fall on Wednesday. And I say "Yes!" happily glad knowing that he care about my birthday, and hope I can spend my big day with him and not with others, only for him, only with him! :)

But unfortunately, my actual birthday fall on Tuesday, so I guess we have limited time to do limited stuff considering we need to work on that day. He keep on reminded me not to play badminton and reminded me to prepare early so we can go out early. Sometime, I will tease him by saying "I'm going for badminton ah...." hahaahah! Then he will say "opssssssssssss" or "yehhhhh". And deeply, how exciting I am waiting for the day to come, wondering what kind of suprises he will give or wondering how will my 2010 birthday with him. ^^

The "big day" has arrived and I leave office sharp 6pm, so I can go back and groom myself for the night. Guess what, I wore a black short pant with my Ralph Lauren pink shirt on my birthday, as he told he will the red shirt with short pant too! I know he's a type who like to wear casual outfit like shirt and short pant, and to be frank actually I purposely match my outfit with his. Guess what, so conicidence we also wore the T-shirt with number "3" on our right sleeve! hahhahahahaha!!!

Ok, let's start with our agenda that day. He reach my house around 7:30pm, and He brought me to Sunway Pyramid for a dinner at Tony Roma's. Upon reaching the parking, he sudddenly move to back seat and take the Secret Recipe cake out, and I guess I will have another candle to be blown this year.

#1 Us with the signbaord, very blur T_T

Hehehehe! I'm happy because I had a not-so-good birthday last year with only one cake (from Hui Juin.. thanks June) to be blown. But this year, I had one from family, 2 from colleagues and the last one from Vincent. Muaksss... Thanks all, thanks darling :)

#2 My 4th birthday cake from him, hahah! yes it's spoiled.. but taste great! ^^

#5 Wishing wishing wishing..I wish for quite long leh~ :p

#6 Puhhh!!! blowwwwwW~

There was ample of spaces there, and we got to choose whenever we feel comfortable to. At first we were placed to a spot where is nearby to a another table which was occupied by a group of people (like 20++ of them). It is so noisy and we at last decided to change table. Why? Hallo!! It's my 1st birthday with him, of course I want a romantic and quiet environment so we can talk "heart-to-heart" LOL!! hahahah! Nola, of course we prefer to concentrate eating with peace instead the need to bother what the other party is saying all the time. -.-"" Eventhough we are not that busy-body but somehow our ear-hole can absorb all the words.

We ordered Chicken Mojo and onion loaf as our main course. Yeap, the food portion is quite big, so we ordered one portion to be shared. *blushing* We spent like 2 hours eating there, chit-chatting, sharing food, make jokes, sharing information, anything we can do seating side-by-side.

#7 Our dish for the day Mojo Chicken

#15 Our matching numbered t-shirt

When it almost the time to leave, I proceed to call the waiter (by looking to my right side). All out of sudden, I felt a very warm lip moving towards my cheek and "muaksss". Hahahahah! That's how he gave my birthday kiss on my 26th birthday. He so jinkak isn't it, so "kuai kuai shu shu"? He should at least give me preparation in advance or ask permission so I can prepare mentally and physically (maybe offer my another side of cheek for him to kiss). LOL! Anyway, thanks dear for the "suprise" kiss! :)

As for present, he bought me Yonex badminton shirt together with a rat-keychain (which I assume he bought from his Penang trip last time -.-""") and most importantly the love note which he put together with the gift.

#16 My birthday present form Vincent

Yeap, it's quite a simple birthday celebration, no bombastic big bouquet flower, no fireworks, no expensive gift, no extraordinary candlelight dinner but.... I'm glad I had him with me on my birthday. And I do like the gift from him, as I remember I did somehow told him that I wish to get a yonex badminton t-shirt. So this proven he really care about what I've said. Everyone asking "what he bought for you?" And I said "A badminton shirt". They showed me a sweat face =.="", but I answer this to everyone who question about it...

"A memorable gift, not neccessary to be expensive in term of price, as long as it's worth enough for you to mesmerize the meaning of the gift, then the value is priceless and is more than enough for me." Hahahah! Ok la, not that long but the meaning is something like that. Do you think so?

Thanks Vincent for the celebration! Love you...

Our dream house

Yesterday was the day where we made the last payment to lawyer, to settle the house loan thingy thing. Finally, after waiting for so many months, at last we got some news from the lawyer.

Without realizing, the dream and wish to own our dream house is around the corner. We just need around 1-2 months to get the key for our house. Isn't that fast, as I feel we just paid the deposit and most importantly we have not save enough money for renovation yet! Arghhhhhhhhhhh!

Ok, think about renovation, I guess the dream for our cosy comfort dream house still little bit far. We need to think about the electric wiring for air conditioner, heater, fan, plug point, auto gate wiring... Then continue with plaster ceiling, then with kitchen cabinet, then with painting, then with furniture! Arghhhhh alot if things to think of..

Rough estimation, I guess we need at least RM 25,000-30,000 for basic , I mean sibeh basic renovation... Wtf.. No bombastic plastic ceiling, no canggih television, no extra hose air conditioners, no Sibeh nice wardrobe, no extravaganza bathtub or jacuzzi. Hmm ok we do not need jacuzzi... Hehe!

Now we need to source for the cheapest electrician, plaster ceiling renovator, kitchen cabinet vendor...

There is one Chinese proverb " The ship will automatically straight when it reach the pierre" hahah! Something like that... Go ask Cantonese-se... They should know...

Can't wait to see the output of our house... Waiting patiently...

Our "pre-honey" moon

Haha! Our "pre honey moon", so tak tahu malu.... Basically I can't think of any subject for the blog as I would like to blog something using the photos which is in my mobile/iPhone.

These are the some of the photos which we took from Korea last 2 weeks. My new company, IT INSIGHT organize a company trip to Seoul, Korea & I decided to drag Vincent together as alot of my colleagues either bringing family, husband or boyfriend. I dont want to be alone! Hahaha!

So I requested him to take leave and go together with me. The trip cost him about RM3,899 and he agreed! Yeah!!!! And I can officially announce this to be our "pre-honey moon" trip to Korea! Lolx!

Yala, it's so expensive and it won't be always we could travel so far from Malaysia ok... Maybe until our real honeymoon we only can be out of country for so far. But "people" also didn't say want to marry me! Hahahaha!

Anyway, we had spent 8days 6nights trip at Korea together, we hang out together, we sleep together, we shop together, we do everything together for the whole week! I'm glad he was there with me!

We have taken alot I mean alot of photos! Hmm... Actually not that alot ... 1400++ photos in total only! Hahaha ya ya ONLY! lolx! I wish we could take more .....

Anyway, I've uploaded most of the photos in FB for the whole trip... I'm happy enjoying the trip with him
and I hope we could travel more, to enjoy the moment of "yi yan sai gai / berdua-duaan" together!

Am I a bad girlfriend? Shall we continue?

We had a hmmm not "a" should a's arguments... As we had a mouth fight more than one time... It's plural isn't?

Sometime I just can't stand and burst..throwing some harsh words to him.. Unintentionally... We had a trip to KL today... But I guess we had cold war more than 3-4 times, just because of small matters...

I just don't get why we seems to have communication gap., or I think we have it but in actual it's normal... He just can't catch what I'm trying to say, and I believe same to him...

We have not been talking since we back from LRT station. Now he's sleeping next to me separated by a pillow, back to back with each other.

I think me being a xxxxxx girlfriend not suitable to be pair with him. He is someone who is so innocent while I'm a fierce girlfriend. He is making himself so miserable keep on silent when I'm making a fuss. Is this call tolerance?

I believe there will be a day where he can't stand of me and ends it, just like "him". I'm so emo now, because I care or because I'm PMS? my period will be coming anytime soon. But can't Be using the same reason every month for throwing tantrum isn't?

I thought I found someone that love me more, but infact the more your partner love you, the more pain you are when you realize you hurt them more, more than how he love you.

I'm not sure weather he still reading this blog, but I would like to say sorry. Sorry for being such a horrible girlfriend to you.

Best regards,
Elaine Tam

Babe 2011 birthday surprise!!!

This will be the 2nd year me celebrating babe's birthday. I've been scratching my head figuring out what surprises that I want to throw to him.

Thank God, somehow mydeal came out with a good deal for an outdoor photoshoot which only cost me RM 75 for an hour photoshoot.

Then all the ideas flowing on what I need to prepare, how shall I start, what I need to buy so on so forth.

I started to prepare like a month ago, getting ideas on what I need for the photoshoot. Starting to get idea from blogger and other pre-wedding photoshoot. Hahaha! Unfortunately it's not our pre-wedding photo shoot... Hahahha! But the idea is just the same, so I decided to copy their ideas.

First of all, must get the theme for the photoshoot. "COLORFUL" is my decided theme, nevertheless need to get the co-operation and opinion from my buddies and chum. After few rounds of discussion, white clothes with colorful theme was decided! Yuhuuuuuuuu!!!!

After that it's time to decided WHERE, the venue for the photoshoot. Thanks to the photographer, we manage to get some ideas on selecting park at Putrajaya. It's somehow a risk because never been there before and I will need to fetch him and lead the rest of them going. A very important role huh... Phewwww! Thanks god I got google maps! Hahahaah!

On the preparation, I will need to get floating balloon, preprare the clothes fo both of us, the picnic mat, the cake, and lots more!

Last but not least, the gift! But being a care girlfriend, hahahaha.. Tak tau malu huh... Manage to know what he need and get what he want. Yes , a wireless mouse that he always wanted to buy but not willing to because it's quite pricey. Hahaha!

After so much of preparation, the big day come on 30th August 2011, Tuesday. First thing first I blind him in the car. To prevent him from knowing where we heading to and what I'm bringing. Hahah!

Upon reaching the park, I usher him to the park and gave him the surprises! Thanks god everything went smoothly and I'm happy he felt enjoyed!

Happy birthday babe, wish you to have a happy birthday onwards and I love you forever!!!

Our Dream house Phase I : Finally

Finally.....
After struggling for long time in getting our future dream house, after so many times being dissapointed with bad news again and again, after so long of searching and searching, a house viewing to another house viewing, finally we have found our small nest, our future small nest.

We started to look for houses around Klang, around USJ around Shah Alam, around anywhere! We move from small sub-sales house to big sub sales house, to old but big and new but small. We search through all type of houses, ranges from RM300,00 to RM400,000. We even being brought to a 10 years old selling at RM420,000! I guess the owner having sick-mindset for selling such an old-not well house at that kind of price.

We also experiences the disappointment of choosing our preferred house, but somehow the owner decided not to sell it at last. We also bumped with sucks agent who only know how to earn money, but don't know how to follow up and convince the owner to sell. Not only once being put into the disappointment but 2 times, 3 times. And even with this house, the house even dare in rejecting to sell the house even they had sign the booking form! wtf! What is that? Making us so miserable and the fear of the need to go to court to sue them for not selling the house to us.

But thank God, He is protecting us, and somehow the owner could not afford the compensation thus, they decided to sell to us at last. There are lot of things happens for this house, Vincent and I always being in arguments and have different opinions in settling the house issue. But I know this is learning curve, this is the milestone of us need to go through not only in buying house, but the tolerance in everything we do now, and in future.

We've bought a sub-sales new house from a malay owner who bought their house at RM208,000 while selling to us at RM349,000! wtf! However, this is life and the house price in increasing like water flowing out from the pipe. I know this is the starting point for both of us in moving a step closer to what we plan for, a FAMILY.

It's not a big house, only at 18 X 75, with 1575 sqtf feet, a small nest like I said, but size doesn't matter as long as both of us live happily in our small nest, in our comfortable loving family. :)
Now are in the process of getting SPA ready and loan ready. Sooner or later we will have our house and we will need to start to renovate and buy furniture, electricals, and many moreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee... it will be a busy schedule soon! Stay tune! :)

Here I show some photos of our "small nest" :)
